The Ponca City Public Schools elementary in-district transfer request window opened on January 6, 2020 and will close on May 1, 2020. Parents or legal guardians of elementary students requesting an in-district transfer from the student’s home attendance site to another elementary site within the district must complete and submit the Ponca City Public Schools in-district transfer application and turn it into the receiving site during the transfer request window for the request to be considered for the following school year. In-district transfer forms can be obtained from elementary sites or at the PCPS Administration building located at 613 E. Please drop off or pick up your children at the cross walk or on the south end of the lot. The north side of the parking lot is reserved for busses. Please do not walk between busses. Thank you for helping to keep our Bulldogs safe!
Just a friendly reminder about safety procedures at Union Elementary. In order to access the office, you must check in using the Lobby Guard. You will need your drivers license or you will be asked to type in your Name and Birthdate. Lobby Guard will print off a Vistors Badge and then you will be able to proceed to the office. Thank you for your cooperation as this will insure the safety of our students.
